Our Delivery Policy
Hoover-Fisher Florist provides nationwide same-day flower delivery service. Our delivery policy outlines rules for how we will deliver products to customers. This policy is intended to provide information for our customers that will be helpful in planning how same-day delivery will be handled. Generally orders received before 12 noon can be delivered same-day. Orders received after our normal same-day delivery daily cut-off time will be handled next day, or on the date selected by the person placing the order. We offer both local and nationwide same-day delivery service.
Standard Local Delivery Fee
A local delivery fee of $12.95 – $19.95 will be added to each order, for each address.
There is a 6% sales tax all products. There is no tax on delivery and service fees.
Daily Same-Day Delivery Cut-off Time
Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Express Delivery Requests
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Closed On Sunday
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Rural Route Delivery
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
International Delivery Requests
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
