How do I pay for my order?
a) We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have an account with our shop, you may pay by entering your account number when ordering.
Are there any delivery charges or tax?
a) A local delivery fee of $15.95 – $19.95 will be added to each order, for each address.
There is a 6% sales tax all products. There is no tax on delivery and service fees.
What about substitutions?
a) Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. When they are not available, the closest substitute will be used. Also some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher value. Some containers may not be available during holidays, and in such cases a similar container will be used. If you do not want any part of your order substituted as needed, please mention this when ordering.
What holiday’s are you closed?
a) Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
How do I cancel my order?
a) To cancel your order, please call us at (800)785-2010 or (301)593-4700 as soon as possible. Have your ticket number available for us to facilitate your request quickly.
What about orders going outside of the US?
a) To place an order for delivery outside of the US, please call us at least 3 days before your requested delivery date so we can guarantee delivery on that date. There are special conditions and pricing that apply to international orders. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
a) Each bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will be identical. The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be the same or similar (see “What about substitutions?” above). The photos are provided as a guide for you and the designer of your arrangement.
